Zapizolam[1] is a pyridodiazepine drug, which is a benzodiazepine analog[2] of pyridotriazolodiazepine group. It has sedative and anxiolytic effects similar to those produced by benzodiazepine derivatives, and has been sold illicitly as a designer drug.[3]
