Sessano del Molise is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Isernia in the Italian region Molise, located about 30 kilometres (19 mi) northwest of Campobasso and about 9 kilometres (6 mi) northeast of Isernia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 871 and an area of 24.7 square kilometres (9.5 sq mi).[3]
