Sarayan County (Persian: شهرستان سرایان) is a county in South Khorasan Province in Iran.[2] The capital of the county is Sarayan. Sarayan is located in northwest of the province. Sarayan County belonged to Ferdows County until May 2004.[3] The county consists of two districts (bakhsh): Central District and Seh Qaleh District. The county has 3 cities: Sarayan, Ayask and Seh Qaleh.
The population of this county is about 33,000[1]
