Saqqez County (Persian: شهرستان سقز Šaharstān-e Saqqez; Sorani Kurdish: سهقز) is a county in Kordestan Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Saqqez. At the 2006 census, the county's population was 205,250, in 45,909 families.[1] The county is subdivided into three districts: the Central District, Sarshiv District, and Ziviyeh District. The county has two cities: Saqqez and Saheb.
