The Nebraska Cornhuskers rifle team represents the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in the Great America Rifle Conference. Rifle, although technically classified as a men's sport by the NCAA, is fully coeducational, with men's, women's, and coed teams competing against one another. Nebraska fields an all-female team. Rifle became an official sport at the university in 1998, led by coach Karen Anthony.

The team practices and hosts meets at the 10-point indoor firing range located in NU's Military and Naval Sciences Building (ROTC). The team is coached by Rachel Martin, who took over as head coach in 2019 following the departure of Ashley MacAllister. The program has won three individual national titles.
