Kel Ajjer

Kel Ajjer (also Kel Azjar, Kel Azjer) is a Tuareg confederation inhabiting western Libya and eastern Algeria. Their main stronghold was Ghat,[1] followed by Ubari.[2] The Kel Ajjer speak Tamahaq, or Northern Tuareg.
