Julian Niccolini

Julian Niccolini is a New York City restaurateur who co-owned The Four Seasons Restaurant.[1][2][3] A Native of Italy's Tuscany region, Niccolini has lived in New York since 1973 and became a US citizen in 2002.

In June 2015, Niccolini was charged with the sexual abuse of a 28-year-old woman at the restaurant.[4] In March 2016 he pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault, admitting that he had "put his hands on the woman, causing scratches and bruises to her hip and thigh".[5] He was given a conditional discharge.
