Charles Robert Moorhead (January 23, 1938 – December 3, 1986) was an American right-handed pitcher in Major League Baseball who played for the New York Mets in 1962 and 1965.

He was born in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, and spent the first five seasons of his professional career in the minor league system of the Cincinnati Reds. He was selected by the Mets in the 1961 Rule 5 draft.

In a two-season Major League career, Moorhead posted a 0–3 record with 68 strikeouts and a 4.51 ERA in 119​2&fras1;3 innings.

Moorhead made his major league debut with the Mets in the franchise's original game played on April 11, 1962 at Sportsman's Park.[1] He was one of four pitchers used by Mets manager Casey Stengel in the 11–4 defeat against the St. Louis Cardinals.

Moorhead died in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, at age 48.
