Zona Rosa is an approximately 500,000 square feet (46,000 m2), mixed-use lifestyle center located in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri. The project opened in 2004 and was expanded by an additional 500,000 square feet (46,000 m2) starting in 2008. Along with that 2008 expansion brought Dillard's which moved from Metro North Mall. It was developed by Steiner+Associates known for their Easton Town Center development in Columbus, Ohio.
