The Portugal national women's rugby union team are a national sporting side of Portugal, representing them at rugby union. They have only ever played one 15-a-side test match - a one-off friendly against Germany - but are regular and successful participants at sevens, normally ranked in Europe's top 10 teams (see Women's International Rugby Union Sevens for details of their performances at sevens).

History

Portugal have only ever played one 15-a-side international, in 1995 (team below), since when they have concentrated entirely on Sevens.
