The highest point in Scotland (also the highest in the United Kingdom) is Ben Nevis, standing at 1345 metres (4413 ft.).

The highest point in Wales is Snowdon (1085 metres : 3560 ft.).

The highest point in England is Scafell Pike (978 metres : 3208 ft.).

The highest point in Northern Ireland is Slieve Donard in the Mourne Mountains at 850 metres (2789 ft.).
