KRIWI is a Belarusian newFolk and clubEthno band.[1] The band name literally means "a person belonging to the East Slavic tribe of Kryvians".

KRIWI is known for using a variety of European folk instruments (zura, balalaika, hurdy-gurdy, bagpipes, cimbalom, flutes, reeds, percussion) and mixing them with modern technology of synthesizer and samples, video-WJ InterFilmWostok and with powerful vocals of Veranika Kruhlova (Veronika Kruglova) Вероника Круглова. Worldwide producing and management of the KRIWI since 1996 to this day: belpunkt in Germany. Producer/actor Waléra Kanischtscheff (Putiloff) Валера Канищев -the label Belpunkt Germany is engaged in the promotion of the open KRIWI project. (2013)-CD Traukamurauka, (2014)-concert Karneval der Kulturen in Berlin, Germany
