Gonococcemia (also known as "Disseminated gonococcal infection"^[1]) is a condition characterized by a hemorrhagic vesiculopustular eruption, bouts of fever, and arthralgia or actual arthritis of one or several joints.^[2]

It's characterized by a triad of symptoms: migratory polyarthritis, tenosynovitis, and dermatitis (pustular skin lesions).^[3]
