Critolaos of Megalopolis (Ancient Greek: Κριτόλαος) was a general (strategos) of the Achaean League in ancient Greece. He served for less than one year, from 147 to 146 BC. Following his death at the Battle of Scarpheia, he was replaced by Diaeus, the previous general of the Achaean League.
