Bukan County (Persian: شهرستان بوکان) is a Kurdish and Azerbaijani city in West Azerbaijan Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Bukan. The county's population has 251,409, in 74,250 families. The county is subdivided into two districts: the Central District and Simmineh District. The county has two cities: Bukan and Simmineh.
