WOEN is an AM radio station broadcasting on 1360 kHz in Olean, New York. The station is owned by Pembrook Pines Media Group and runs a satellite talk radio format. The station was formerly known as WMNS.

While licensed to broadcast 24 hours a day (albeit at very low power), the station signs off during the overnight hours.

All programming after 6 PM is presumed. WOEN's Web page indicates that these slots are occupied by Larry Elder, Jim Cramer and Lionel. It is known that Levin replaced Elder after the latter's syndication was discontinued, though its exact time slot is unknown. Cramer left his show in January 2007, and Lionel changed networks to Air America Radio in May 2007. Malzberg is Lionel's replacement on the WOR Radio Network, with which WOEN is affiliated.
